Marisa HarNadh has been practicing Kundalini Yoga for 18 yrs and teaching for 15yrs. She’s lived in the West for 3 decades where she led a meaningful earthly experience of life in all its dimensions and gravity. In her late 30s, she discovered the practice of Kundalini Yoga catalysing her awareness of Levity and the ineffable world of Spirit. She shares with you her experience based on her arduous journey of transitions from within to without, with every intention to guide her students toward self acceptance and authentic self-love. Her practice focus is on metamorphosis and transformation toward elevation of Consciousness that empowers a human life with Health, Joy & Ease leading self authorship and service to others. Her classes are dynamic, insight-filled and fun. With gratefulness for a blessed human life, she now dedicates the rest of her life in contributing whatever she can, to ease human pain and suffering.
Trained as a classical mezzo-soprano, Janina has been performing in Europe and Asia since 1995, including the House of Parliament in Bucharest, and the Forbidden City Concert Hall in Beijing. Holy music flows through her, connecting to the universe and taking listeners on a journey to the divine. Her style stems from centuries-old Orthodox Church chanting, and her repertoire includes sacred music, opera, broadway, praise and worship, contemporary music, and jazz.
She believes that music is the secret language of the heart, where words, harmony, and silence come together to take you on a journey of healing and personal transformation. When intention, emotion, and harmonics are combined into song, music becomes a living field of energy where you can discover the inner truths of your heart, and connect with others on a deep, spiritual level.
Janina was one of the first handful of women to ever be ordained in Romania (as an Assistant Pastor), and during her nearly 20 years abroad, she has gleaned a wealth of insights into the nature of the spiritual and our relationship with Divinity. She is also certified as a Life Coach and Authentic Happiness Life Coach.
